About the studio
[A short paragraph about you — where you work, how you started making earrings, and what you were doing before.] Everything on this site is made by hand in small batches: shapes are pressed or formed, left to dry, sanded back, and finished with sterling silver or sealed brass findings.
How a pair is made
Each design starts as a sketch and a lump of clay or a length of wire. The shape gets formed, dried slowly so it does not crack, then sanded through several grits until the surface is even. Colour goes on in thin layers. After sealing, the findings are attached and the pair is checked over before it goes in the box.
Because everything is done by hand, no two pairs are identical. Slight differences in colour, texture and shape are part of it, not a fault.
Ordering
Add the pairs you want to the cart and send the order form with your delivery details. You will get a confirmation, then payment details — bank transfer or a payment link, whichever you prefer. Nothing is charged on this site.
Making and posting
Ready-made pairs are posted within [3–5 working days]. Made-to-order pairs take [1–2 weeks]. Everything goes out in recycled packaging. [Shipping cost and destinations.]
Looking after them
Keep earrings away from perfume, hairspray and water, and store them apart so they do not scratch. A soft dry cloth is all they need. If a finding ever comes loose, [contact email] and it will be repaired.
